Job Key Details: Assist in updating client databases Carry out customer care monitoring where necessary Assist in preparing the transport schedule and assign duties to drivers Prepare transport reports and send them to the suitable departments Make sure necessary materials and items are available in the vehicles Make sure the vehicles are well handled by the drivers Maintain cleanliness of the vehicles at all times Maintain record of repairs conducted on all vehicles Provide outstanding services to the customers Keep up daily log of vehicles’ conditions and any repairs requirements Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Diploma in a business related course At least 2+ years of experience in the same field required Must have excellent client management abilities Must be computer literate with good Ms Office knowledge Excellent communication and leadership skills
