We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in the courier industry. The ideal candidate, preferably female, will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote our courier services, address customer inquiries, and generate sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from potential customers inquiring about courier services.
Provide information about shipping options, rates, and delivery times to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting courier services and identifying upselling opportunities.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers and encourage repeat business.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries or issues.
Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Work closely with other team members, including the sales team and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Familiarity with courier services and logistics is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skill.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
