Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced and talented Telesales Agent/ Admissions Officer to convert leads into enrolments

Specific Requirements:

•Sales Executive/Student Recruitment Officer* to convert leads into enrolments

•Successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

•Good sales ability

•Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

•Expected to reach a daily average of 80-100 calls per day including lead generation and responding to telephone queries

•Advising prospective students and/or parents on the programs in person/via telephone/emails and guiding them through the enrolment & admission process

•You will also be required to provide input to identify new ways to attract high-quality candidates for all courses

•You will be implementing student recruitment activities to expand the higher education and vocational training prospective students

•From supplied leads, you will need to qualify leads to nurture them through their decision path and then convert them into enrolled students

•Advising prospective students and/or parents on the programs in person/via telephone/emails and guiding them through the enrolment & admission process

•You will be required to maintain and update CRM with interactions with prospective students.

•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be well regarded

•You will be involved in the execution of various student recruitment events, activities, and exhibitions

•Providing support to the admissions team as required

•Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

•Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Job Location: Sharjah

Job Qualifications and Experience:

Preferably 2plus years relevant telesales/telemarketing experience including lead generation and responding to telephone queries

Education industry background is preferable

Must have effective English language written and oral communication skills

Good understanding of MS Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to work with and in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is required
