Good verbal command in English with Excellent Communication Skills
Calling prospective clients, owners/landlords

Data entry in excel and updating the data and maintain a contact list

Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scripts

Develop and maintain a filing system for all documents

Follow up with agents regarding inquiries received

Maintains the details of properties for easy access in the future

Keeping all information safe and confidential

Coordinate with agents of all properties gathered from owners/landlords

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Enter and update customer information in the Database

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
