Sales Management Sales & collection management, range selling, offering products for each surface area of WP, maintaining pricing & payment discipline, managing credit limit to reduce exemptions and focusing working towards monthly initiative.
Market Development-Identifying new/ potential Villa WP contractors / applicators identification in new segment like (Swimming pool, warehouse wp) converting competition applicator, identifying new segments / scope of developing WP range of products. Identifying new opportunities to expand Waterproofing Buisness.Conducting site trials, on site trainings, working on getting products technically approved and effective end user working. Focusing on BOQ specification with the consultants linked in IHB – Villa Projects
System & reports Management-Managing orders, coordinating with logistics team, submitting monthly score card as per deadline.
Salary Range – AED 9000/-
Annual Ticket – for staff only from DXB /SHJ to his native place .
