About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Assistant to support classroom activities and help foster a positive learning environment. If you enjoy working with students and supporting their growth, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Prepare classroom materials and resources for daily activities.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
Supervise students during breaks, field trips, or other activities.
Provide feedback to the teacher about students’ progress and challenges.
Promote positive behavior and a respectful classroom culture.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in education or childcare are a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to multitask and follow directions.
A positive and proactive attitude.
