Description

Responsibilities
• Identifying and developing new b2b opportunities
• Developing and submitting b2b customer proposals
• Identifying and implementing promotional offers
• Actively tracking and follow up of proposals submitted
• Hunting, onboarding and training of delivery partners
• Managing accounts health after contract award
• Help resolve service complaints from customer accounts.
• Ensure customer payments are received and recorded
• Seek customer feedback and referral customers; and share automation Ideas to further streamline services to b2b Customers

KPIS
• New sales opportunities added
• Percentage conversion of the opportunities
• Average customer account satisfaction rating
• Percentage of overdue payments closed and additional business from customers

Qualification
• Bachelors in commerce or engineering
• MBA preferred not mandatory
• Driving License required

Tools
Google xis, ppt, doc, etc. CRM or any other equivalent software. Salesforce or other ERP software& ‘5: preferable but not mandatory.
