Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage on-site construction or project activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols.
Monitor progress and quality of work on the site.
Address any issues or delays that may arise.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.
Maintain records of work progress and materials used.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or site supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Physical fitness for on-site inspections and activities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional certifications in construction management may be beneficial.
