Service AdvisorIndian Nationality Bachelors Degree graduate (Mechanical Engineering) 5 years’ work experienceResponsibilities: • Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments • Cataloguing customers concerns and comments • Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs • Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology • Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs • Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs • Handling customer complaints • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles. • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system • Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates, repairs and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer’s approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers & arranging towing and temporary transportation. • Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.Office Secretary European/Eastern Nationality Female onlyKey Requirements: • Excellent communication skills (English is a must) • Pleasing personality • Reception • Filing • Correspondence • Document Management • Office/Administrative task Responsibilities: • Greet customers, clients, guest who enters the company in a polite manner. • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms. • File and update contact information of employees, customers • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports. • Develop and maintain a filing system. • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
