Server / Waiters

Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Servers/Waiters to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Waiter, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
Presenting menus and explaining specials to guests
Taking and accurately placing food and beverage orders
Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Anticipating and addressing guests’ needs throughout their dining experience
Handling guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Processing payments and providing accurate change
Requirements:

Knowledge of food and beverage items, including specials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
