Senior Civil Structural Engineer to be based on site.You must have 10-15 years of experience in project management and supervision of civil /structural activities and should have experience to work as a team member in an international design consulting company in the field building.Experience in desalination plant is a mustJob Duties :• Generally, supervise, review, monitor and report on progress of the road and associated works.• Observing the safety procedures followed by the contractor.• Issuing instructions as necessary to correct safety violations.• Attending weekly, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site as required. Review the contractor’s progress.• Identifying constraints and recommend corrective measures.• Remaining vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities and monitor the supervision consultant staff performance & their compliance with agreement terms.• Assisting with preparation and transmittal of site directions and instructions.Qualifications and requirements:• Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree• Must have ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports etc.• Accuracy and precision of work.• Must be a self-starter and possess leadership qualities.• Able to interface with both clients and other inter-office discipline at a senior level.• Strong command of written and spoken English.• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.• Accountability for assigned work. Must have experience in project management and supervision for at least 10 years.• The ability to interpret Civil/Structural /Architectural and MEP drawings.• Should be capable to interpret and analyze geotechnical report.
