Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Supervisor for Packaged Food. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the production and quality control processes of our packaged food products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the production of packaged food items
Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency
Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Implement and enforce quality control procedures
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and quality standards
Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new products and improvements
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team
Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Supervisor or in a similar role in the food industry
Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality control
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations in food manufacturing
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred
