I am a Highly Motivated, Professionally committed, Hard worker, Skilled Accounting and Finance Professional with more than 8 Years of extensive experience. During my dynamic career, I have got exposure to multiple industries including, Manufacturing (Paint, Sugar), Trading (Textile & Interior Design) and Service (Construction, Contracting & Landscaping).In addition, I have more than 2 years of extensive experience of Sales Tax (VAT) including collection, adjustments, Filing Tax Returns and payment. Good experience of working in Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, Peachtree & SQL base Accounting Software.Currently, I worked as a Senior Accountant with the following responsibilities:• Preparation and finalization of accounts. • Monthly Financial Statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement etc. • Analyze revenue & expenditure trends, recommend appropriate Cash & Operating budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. • Maintaining different schedules e.g. Pre-payment Schedules, Fixed Asset Register etc. • Costing Analysis of New Projects. • Invoices are rendered to clients on a timely basis according to contract terms and that project costs are properly processed and recorded. • Planning & Scheduling payments to the suppliers and maintaining aging reports. • Negotiating rates with new and existing suppliers. • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures. • Managing the cash flow of the company. • Verify & processing of payroll as per WPS. • Checking on a monthly basis Reconcile Bank Statements. • Liaisons and coordination with External Auditor in conducting Audit at Year End. • Overseeing & approving all accounting and finance transactions and activities.I am a successful Team Leader with the ability to identify hidden skills of my teammates and utilizing them effectively and efficiently.
