Please see the below job responsibilities: Supporting and assisting the Company recruitment activities and liaising with recruitment agencies. Preparation of Final Settlement Dealing with candidates and conducting interviews. Managing and preparing Employment documents. Coordinating with PRO for applying new visa, visa cancellation and medical. Manage and maintain internal record keeping and documents retention system (Soft and hard copy) for the HR function. Managing staff arrival and staff departure process. Managing petty cash and preparing claims. Supporting to HR manager for preparing budget. Preparing employees request like salary certificate, salary transfer letter, NOC, Experience certificates etc. Answering employee questions. Coordinate with Bank for opening new salary account. Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Liaising with other departments. Preparation of Payroll and pay slip. Preparation of documents for promotion and increment process as per company grading system.
