Job Title: Security Guard for Mall
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the mall premises to deter theft, vandalism, and disturbances.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security issues.
Conduct routine security checks of entrances, exits, and common areas.
Interact with mall visitors and tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, accidents, or emergencies.
Escort unruly individuals from the mall and collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities.
Enforce mall policies and rules to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Assist in crowd control during peak shopping times or special events.
Maintain a visible and vigilant presence to deter potential threats.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift as needed.
Previous experience as a security guard or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of security and safety procedures.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
