Description

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Manage the flow of visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are followed.
Respond to inquiries from parents, students, and staff via phone, email, or in person.
Assist with student attendance tracking and reporting.
Maintain student records and update information in the school database.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for school administrators.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Collaborate with other school staff to support the overall operation of the school.
