Position: School Bus Attendant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and caring School Bus Attendant to help ensure the safety and well-being of our students during their daily transportation. The ideal candidate will assist students boarding and exiting the bus, maintain order, and support the driver in monitoring safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus.
Ensure students are seated and using seat belts or harnesses as required.
Supervise and maintain a calm, safe environment on the bus.
Provide additional support to younger or special-needs students.
Communicate with school staff and parents as necessary.
Assist the driver in emergency situations and evacuation drills.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bus interior.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and work with children in a calm and patient manner.
Basic understanding of safety and first aid procedures.
Flexibility to work early morning and afternoon shifts.
