Job Title: Salesperson Representative

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesperson Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
