Sales Executive Cum Co-ordinator

We are looking for a flexible Outdoor Sales Executive cum Coordinator to join our growing team based in Abu Dhabi. We seek someone (man or woman of any nationality!) with a minimum of 2 years of local (UAE) experience and maximum initiative and resourcefulness. We need someone comfortable in handling end-to-end indoor/outdoor sales from receiving inquiries to ensuring the product is delivered to the client. A self-starter with excellent selling skills and a passion for closing deals is ideal for this position.Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinator  Processing and updating the ETA / ETD of shipments  Uploading the data sheet of the coming shipment  Preparing LC and POs for new order  Updating Logs for the stocks sold (Inventory sheet, Sales Log, LC Log, Master File Stocks)  Preparing quotations as per the request of client and contacting suppliers for RFQs  Preparing cheque’s payment for monthly invoices  Preparing of Proforma Quotation for any inquiry.  Preparing of Sales Invoice, Delivery Note, Transfer of Documents, and Attestation after sales.  Preparing documents for clearing the shipment from the port.  Communicating with logistics to coordinate with dispatch and receipt of cargoIndoor/Outdoor Sales Executive  Representing the company in various exhibitions and trade fairs  Researching the market on a regular basis for related products  Created professional sales script  Generate fresh leads and maintain current clients by visiting them from time to time  Develop and implement methods to strengthen customer relationships to promote sales, expand current customer lists, and provide outstanding customer serviceFor interested applicants, kindly send your updated CV to stdamasole(at)gmail(dot)com with the subject “RMI- Sales Executive cum Coordinator”
