Position: Sales Boy/Girl

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat and appealing.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
