Position: Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing excellent customer service.
Help customers find products that meet their needs and offer recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking items and conducting regular inventory checks.
Promote and upsell store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including those related to security and safety.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
