Position: Sales Associates

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and helping customers find the perfect products? We are currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and requirements
Assist customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and purchases
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Build positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems or cash registers
