A leading Group of Company is representing worldwide trading interventions of Oilfield and Marine related products is looking for:

(Sales Coordinator/Accounts Assistant)

(Company transportation is available from designated locations)

· 1 to 2 Years’ Experience in similar filed.

· Experience in preparing quotations, invoice, delivery orders and correspondence.

· Submission of invoices, SOA and payments follow-up.

· Well versed with computer knowledge, having good typing skills and perfect in MS Office and Excel formulas.

· Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking and billing.

· Experience in ERP software and relevant experience in a busy sales environment with industry knowledge.
