Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment regularly
Collect and remove trash and recycling from kitchen areas
Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Unload and organize deliveries of kitchen supplies
Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations
Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the appropriate personnel
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management
Qualifications:

Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices in a kitchen environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen setting
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
