Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, answer inquiries, and assist with scheduling and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees with a professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
