Quality Control Specialist

Description

Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications through comprehensive testing and inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and results.
Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes related to quality control.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and inspections.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
