Description

Company is looking for QA/QC Engineer with below qualifications:1.) Experienced in QA/QC activities involving fabrication, testing and commissioning of API tanks, pressure piping, structure and interconnecting of skid packages. 2.) Ability to read drawings such as P&ID’s, fabrication drawings for tanks and pressure vessels, pressure piping and structural works for skid packages. 3.) Ability to prepare QA documents such as Inspection & Test plans for fabrication of API Tanks, Pressure Piping, Skid packages, Weld Maps, Qualifying and preparing welding procedures, Fabrication procedures such as hydrotest, heat treatment and calibration procedures. 4.) Ability to perform P&ID walk through with client, prepare punch list, prepare dimensional report for Skid packages Tie-in points, perform physical inspection for tanks and prepare dimensional reports, perform material inspection for skid package received on site. 5.) Perform visual inspection of welding, qualify welders on site, co-ordinate with Client Inspector for physical, visual and dimensional inspection and review of final QC Dossiers for work done on site. 6.) Should have strong command over written and spoken English to co-ordinate with head office and client representatives. 7.) Should be well versed with API 650, API 653, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec VIII Div.1. 8.) Should be conversant with Word and Excel. 9.) Candidate with Diploma/ Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.
