Production Co-ordinator

Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate all production related activities with Production Manager and respective department.

Ensure smooth running of the production processes and report any issues to the Manager.

Coordinate with warehouse team and evaluate material requirements for sales orders.

Monitor the over time hours/attendance of Production staff

Monitor quality of products on regular intervals as per quality control procedures.

Preparing relevant production and mix ingredients reports for material usage as per the instruction given by the department head.

Ensure that Hygiene, Health and Safety rules and regulations are considered in Production department.

To be followed necessary HACCP, HALAL and ISO regulations.

Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards.

Any additional task assigned by production team
