Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Picking and Packaging Specialist. The Picking and Packaging Specialist will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive their products in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Pick items from shelves or storage areas based on order specifications
Package items securely and accurately according to packing guidelines
Label packages with shipping labels and other necessary documentation
Verify accuracy of orders before shipping and ensure they are properly packaged
Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock replenishment and cycle counting
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:
Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations preferred but not required
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to [specify weight] pounds
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
