Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with personal tasks, including running errands, managing household needs, and coordinating personal appointments.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating the needs of the executive.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
