A leading confectionery chain is currently searching for an Experienced Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator to come on board. JOB PROFILE: • Innovative and creative design concepts on Cakes and pastries. • Fast and smooth hand on working with cream icing, Ganache, Garnishing and decorations etc. • Knowledge of baking sponges & handling other miscellaneous bakery equipment. • Complete knowledge of making customized Birthday and Celebrations cakes. • Full working knowledge of designing and decorating cakes with Fondant, Cream Icing and Sugar Paste with excellent finishing and appeal. • Able to execute all sugar paste works like flowers, characters and miscellaneous sugar paste accessories as per the theme of the cake and be able to neatly and opulently cover cakes with fondant. • Able to work with cream icing by making drawings and design with fresh cream or butter cream. • Be innovative and forthcoming with new design ideas and design concepts and be able to replicate designs bought-in by clients. • Knowledge of styro work will be an added advantage.Please send your CV to [email protected]
