Description
We are looking for a dependable and efficient Office Assistant to support general office operations in our Dubai-based company. The ideal candidate will perform clerical duties, assist staff with routine tasks, and help maintain a well-organized and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintain inventory and stock of office supplies.
Support staff in administrative and operational duties.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office.
Respond to basic inquiries and provide general office support.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to help.
Basic English proficiency (spoken and written).
