Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales support tools.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, metrics, and KPIs to optimize marketing efforts and achieve desired outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
