*What do I need to qualify for this job?

Job Responsibilities:

*Identify and meet with potential clients to discuss their real
estate needs.
*Provide advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, and
leasing properties.
*Conduct property viewings with clients and follow up on leads.
*Prepare and present offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of
clients.
*Research the real estate market to stay up-to-date on current
trends and property values.
*Assist clients with the preparation of property documents and
contracts.
*Build and maintain relationships with clients and other real
estate professionals.
*Attend networking events and conferences to promote the
company’s services.
*Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
What we offer.

Experience in the real estate industry is not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Job Type: Permanent & Commission.
