Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the arrangement of products in stores to maximize visibility and sales.
Work closely with store management to ensure product availability and replenishment.
Analyze sales data to inform display adjustments and product placement strategies.
Set up promotional displays and signage for special campaigns or sales events.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
Maintain clean and organized display areas, ensuring they are visually appealing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor merchandising strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on promotional activities.
Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creativity and attention to detail in product placement and visual display.
Ability to analyze sales data and customer preferences.
Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members.
Basic understanding of retail software and inventory management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field is a plus.
