Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Promotions Specialist. The Marketing and Promotions Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services
Plan and execute creative promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch marketing materials
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and promotional activities
Identify and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations
Coordinate events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility
Manage social media channels and create engaging content
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare reports on marketing and promotional campaign effectiveness

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing and Promotions Specialist or in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using marketing software and social media platforms
