Logistics Co-ordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to manage and optimize the logistics operations for our company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
Manage logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Communicate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track shipments and update relevant departments on delivery status.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Resolve any logistical issues that may arise and troubleshoot delays.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations.
