Job Title: Security Guard

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking vigilant and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors by patrolling designated areas and enforcing security protocols.

Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas on foot or vehicle to detect and deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure security measures are in place and functioning effectively.
Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials and authorizing entry to authorized personnel only.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Complete accurate and detailed incident reports and security logs.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Valid security guard license or certification.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
