About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to manage and oversee the supply chain processes. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipments and deliveries.
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control systems.
Prepare shipping and delivery schedules and resolve any logistics issues.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Analyze logistics data and prepare reports on key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a logistic coordinator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
