Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Arrange transportation, schedule shipments, and prepare necessary shipping documents.
Track shipments and update customers or internal teams on delivery status.
Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process.
Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to optimize costs.
Prepare and analyze logistics reports, including cost analyses and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including customs requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer service.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
