Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Staff member to provide technical assistance and support to our users/employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to IT support requests from users via phone, email, or in person
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
Ensure the security of systems, networks, and data
Collaborate with IT team members to implement solutions and upgrades
Document technical issues, solutions, and processes
Provide training and guidance to users on using IT systems effectively
Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends
Requirements:
Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus
