About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of our IT systems. If you enjoy troubleshooting and solving technical challenges, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within company systems.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
Document technical issues, solutions, and processes for future reference.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend system upgrades when necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
