We are looking for Smart Female Candidates for the position of International Sales Coordinator. The primary objective of this position is to provide sales support to assigned international accounts in specific territories, and to provide administrative support to the International and local sales department. Provide sales support to assigned territory of Asia/Pac, Africa and the Middle East and be accountable for entire order entry process of products and parts following SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and guidelines that may change from time to time. Assist customers over the phone, provide all necessary export documentation and logistics support for order shipping. Regularly overview aging and assist A/R in collecting past due amounts when required. Collaborate with other departments including marketing, technical support, warehousing and accounting in order to ensure optimum level of service for international customers and functioning of the international department. Provide regular reports, coordinate the submission of proposals, trip/meeting planning, track sales progress, troubleshoot minor technical problems, maintain department database records and contracts, and serve as a liaison and as back-up between travelling international sales team, clients and corporate office staff. Provide support for customer training. Assist with preparation of customer visits. Job Type / Category Ability to interpret technical instructions, follow established procedures, keep accurate records and maintain filling systems. Proficiency in use of major PC applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Database software- Focus Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business/International Business or Associate’s Degree in Business required with 2-5 years of experience and/or training in sales support, customer service or order entry. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and delegate effectively in a high-pressured environment. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
