Instrument Procurement Engineer
Responsibilities
 Global Sourcing of Electromechanical instruments used in the Oil & Gas ,Petrochemical Industries & Drilling Rigs.
 Preparation of Techno-Commercial offers & Order execution.
 Reviews Client’s technical documentation and requirements.
 Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
 Reviews instrument data sheets & design documents like drawings ,P&ID’s.
Requirements
 Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in instrumentation or mechanical engineering
 3-4 years Min experience as instrumentation/ procurement engineer in Middle east oil and gas industry.
 Global Sourcing experience in the oil and gas industry (onshore & offshore), Well head system & Drilling equipment.
 Brand & Market Knowledge of Instruments & Valves, Pumps & compressors.
 Good in Supply chain Management process & project Documentation
 Knowledge with Engineering Standards such as API, NFPA, ASME, NEMA, IEC, BS/EN, etc.
 Computer and Internet research savvy is a must; Proficient with MS Office Applications and Software
