What you’ll do in this role:

Responsible for enterprise level end user support & troubleshooting within the specified SLA
Operating Systems & IT Hardware support & troubleshooting
Level 1 support for In-house and third party applications
Responsible for supporting corporate office & multiple business units in various locations in UAE
Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing of branch/department network issues
Responsible for ensuring the compliance of Surveillance systems of branches and other designated offices with the rules and specifications of ADMCC, SIRA and other surveillance related authorities
Surveillance vendor coordination in maintaining and resolving issues
Responsible for support in various IT projects as and when required
Responsible for IT asset management in the designated regions. Tracking and maintaining the asset movements
Product evaluations, level 1 procurement support

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Knowledge in enterprise-level IT support
Cisco / Microsoft / Other Network certifications
Driving License id an added advantage
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
