Key Responsibilities:

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream treats, sundaes, and cones.
Operate cash registers and process customer payments.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area and dining space.
Assist with restocking ice cream supplies and toppings.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
Create a positive and joyful atmosphere for patrons to enjoy.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is beneficial.
