HR Assistant

Description

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes in employment status.
Assist in payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
Coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and tracking training attendance.
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Help organize HR events and activities, such as employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
Handle general administrative tasks for the HR department, including filing, scanning, and correspondence.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with HRIS software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
