We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for cleanliness and leadership skills to contribute to the success of a well-established hospitality or facility management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Train, schedule, and assign duties to housekeeping staff
Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
Ensure that housekeeping staff follow all health and safety regulations
Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
Address guest complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure timely cleaning of rooms and public areas to meet daily targets
Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for repairs
Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and housekeeping activities
Requirements:

Previous experience in a housekeeping role, with supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
