Key Responsibilities:
Packing Assistance: Assist in packing and labeling products according to company standards, ensuring accurate and secure packaging for shipment.
Cleaning Duties: Clean and maintain work areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces, to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Assistance to Team: Support colleagues in packing and cleaning tasks, collaborating to meet daily production and cleanliness goals.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines, wear appropriate protective gear, and follow proper procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Packing Helper or Cleaner is a plus but not mandatory.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and cleaning tasks.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions diligently.
