Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and maintenance technicians.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and amenities.
Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth and improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven experience in hotel operations and supervision.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
